Eastern Kentucky University founded its campus in 1906. Since its foundation, EKU has maintained a commitment to providing students with a high quality education that will help them in their professional careers. This university is small in size, but offers many diverse degree programs in English, history, psychology, theater, pre-law, law enforcement, and computer science, and more. Students will be able to choose from a variety of elective courses that will broaden their educational experiences and help them adapt easily into different careers.
Adult education, individual credit and non-credit courses, and continuing education are all offered through Eastern Kentucky University. Students can elect to work towards a degree online, or simply take courses to further their education. Currently, EKU has seven different campuses in addition to a well-regarded online program. Online classes are available in a variety of disciplines. Some courses can be completed entirely online, while others involve both in and out class educational experiences.
