The George S. & Stella M. Knight Essay Contest
The George S. & Stella M. Knight Essay Contest is sponsored by National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. This contest is designed to give high school students an opportunity to explore events that shaped American History.
Amount of Scholarship: $500 to $2,000
Number of Awards: 3
Education Level: high school juniors and seniors
Eligibility: Applicant must be a U.S citizen or permanent resident.

For this competition, applicants must write about the American Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, or the faming of the U.S. Constitution. There are three scholarship prizes: a third-prize of $500; second prize award of $1,000 and a first-prize award of $2,000.
