St. Joseph College only offers one degree program online right now, the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management online program. This program has been accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The student will learn the importance of organizational behavior principles as they pertain to human resources and management situations. The program will give the student the comprehensive knowledge needed to succeed in advanced careers in specific training positions, business development, and even independent business opportunities. St. Joseph College requires its students of the online BS degree to have post-secondary education or work experience in supervisory careers.

Designed to foster career and educational advancement, the B.S. in Organizational Management provides working adults with knowledge and skills pertaining to management, organizational behavior, and human resources for the purpose of promoting managerial effectiveness and the enhancement of human performance in organizations.
It is a flexible degree that builds upon prior learning and experience. In order to be admitted to the program, therefore, adults will typically be employed in a full-time position and will have substantial work experience involving supervision, program development, specialized training, considerable responsibility and/or independent judgment.
